The G4 Deconstructed
Before becoming a watch designer I thought watches were all the same. But after joining JBW and learning the basics of watch design, I realized how truly wrong I was. So today I want to share with you a deconstructed view of our latest design, the G4, to show you all the details and components of this one of a kind JBW watch. This is our first aviation inspired timepiece and features three time zones with a cockpit inspired dial, handsomely housed in a 52mm stainless steel case. It’s designs like this that makes one realize…ALL WATCHES ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL.
KANYE WEST’S PARIS FASHION WEEK DEBUT
After all the hype, "Yeezy" has finally unveiled his first womenswear collection at Paris Fashion Week to a star-studded crowd. In attendance were a number of celebrities and fashion elite like Carine Rotifield, AnnaWintour, and Ciara. West designed the line with the assistance of Katie Eary, a London based designer who seemed pleased with the reception of the show. The collection earned mixed reviews with WWD stating, "It had the earnest veneer of a beginner." Style.com wrote, "What Kanye West is trying to achieve is unprecedented." Take a look below.
