Hassle-Free Returns

Watches may be returned up to 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund (less original shipping charges). Should you change your mind about an item you purchased, simply send us an email at returns@jbwtime.com requesting a return label and we will send a prepaid mailing label so you can send the item back.  It's that easy and there is NO cost to you! (U.S. customers only).
