What it covers

Your JBW watch comes with an international warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This means that if there is something wrong with the inner workings of your watch or if the watch wasn't built correctly, we will repair or replace the watch for you. (There is a shipping and handling fee of $8.00 for the warranty service). However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear for your watch such as straps being worn in or battery replacement. Nor do we cover damage if you accidentally drop your watch or lose it. We recommend taking good care of your JBW timepiece and keeping it in a secure location. It's also important to pay attention to the water resistance markings on your watch so you don't expose it to more moisture than it can handle.

This warranty is valid only at JBW. If you chose to get your watch repaired by a different company, it voids this warranty.


Register Your Warranty

We recommend registering your warranty online as soon as you receive the watch to help maintain our records. If you register, we will always have your information in our database in case you lose your warranty manual. However, registration is not required and your warranty does NOT become void if you do not register it
