A copy of the original invoice for your watch as proof of purchase.
Payment for the shipping/ handling charges. You can send a money order or pay by credit card. You must provide your credit card info in the Watch Repair Form. Shipping & handling charges are:

If your repair is not covered under the warranty and there is an additional charge, we will contact you for approval of those charges. Click here for a price list of non-warranty repairs.
